At Carat Perfect, shipping is not an afterthought—it’s part of your luxury experience. We deliver every order with urgency, care, and precision, ensuring your jewelry arrives safely, beautifully, and on time.
🕒 Production Time vs Shipping Speed
- In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces ship within 2–3 weeks
- You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way
Note: Shipping speed (e.g., FedEx Overnight) begins after production is complete.
🇺🇸 United States Shipping
- Shipped via FedEx Overnight
- Shipping is free on all U.S. orders
- Each order is fully insured and requires signature upon delivery
- We ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout
- Address change requests cannot be accommodated once the order is placed
Security First: We use discreet packaging with no branding. Orders are never left unattended and are only delivered with signature confirmation.
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
- Shipped via FedEx Priority International
- Shipping is free on all Canadian orders
- Signature is required and all shipments are fully insured
- We ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout
- Address changes cannot be made after the order is placed
- Customs duties, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
🌍 International Shipping (Rest of World)
- Shipped via FedEx Priority International
- Flat-rate shipping: $70 USD
- Fully insured and signature required upon delivery
- We ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout
- Duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue for customs purposes

🚚 Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been handed to FedEx, it is considered to be in carrier custody. While we’ll do our best to assist, Carat Perfect is not responsible for:
- Carrier or weather-related delays
- Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery scan
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
